The CAT PRODUCTION GmbH team has been focusing on medical productions since 2010. In the first few years the basis for what is probably the highest quality medically and biomechanically correct 3D anatomy that currently exists was developed. The company was supported by Springer Medizin for three years under an exclusive contract, which is now part of Springer Nature. Production is primarily for the pharmaceutical and medical technology industries, for agencies that serve these two branches of industry, for publishers, companies and public clients such as the Bavarian Ministry of Agriculture and the Federal Ministry of Health. In addition, CAT PRODUCTION GmbH is involved in publicly funded research projects. This includes the development of an interactive operation trainer with haptic feedback and developments for the Technical University of Munich. In addition, modules for digital patient education are being created.
