Core competencies

Nextrusion GmbH develops for and together with customers innovative products for existing and new applications. By combining different polymers or special additives during the manufacturing process monofilaments with special properties are produced, such as hydrolysis resistant, abrasion resistant, dirt repellent, flame retardant and UV resistant. Also highly elastic monofilaments are possible and being sold under the brand name ElasTer®. In order to avoid static charges an antistatic bicomponent monofilament was developed based on polyester, which is offered under the product brand AntiStat® on the market. Specific developments are available upon request. A key skill is the high product quality, ensured through online process controls such as the 100%-diameter control. The monofilaments are characterized by excellent processability and high consistency and reproducibility of the properties.
