Profile/competences

Core competencies

The playing child is our role model
For children, play is a form of expression that corresponds to their respective stage of life. Children's instinct to play strengthens their motor skills as well as their mental abilities. Before a child can understand something, it must be able to grasp its environment. Only when they have tried out all their senses can they recognize connections. Playful exploration and discovery is therefore the elementary basis for healthy development. If you ask Julian Richter what a future-proof play equipment would look like, he answers: “It is a product that makes children strong and helps them to survive in a world that is making it increasingly difficult for them to prepare for difficult situations, as it is creating weaker and weaker characters due to increasing overprotection and a lack of risk”. This philosophy of placing the playing child and their needs at the center of our work goes back to the company's beginnings and continues to this day.
